Ingredients
1 part-skim mozzarella cheese stick (24 – 28 grams, about 1 oz.)
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 individual pre-portioned mini serving pouch (1.1 oz) pickled lupini beans (about 2 tbsp.)
- 1 individual serving cup (1.2 oz) olives (about ½ cup)
- ¼ cup cherry or grape tomatoes
Directions
Simple enjoy these foods “as they are.”
Perfect to eat at home, or pack and take to eat at work or on the go.
