Information You Chose to Provide
NOTE: It is not standard Juvenescence practice to verify the provided personal data or the validity thereof. The person providing the data, user or contracting party, is solely responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. When providing an email address, all users assume responsibility that they are the exclusive user of the provided email address. For this reason, any liability for logins related to an email address shall be borne exclusively by the user who provided the email address.

Aggregated Data
We also collect, use, and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for our purposes. For example, we may aggregate data about your use of Juvenescence and calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific feature. However, if we combine or connect aggregated data with your Personal Information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we will treat the combined data as Personal Information which will be used in accordance with this Notice.
We may use aggregated data to conduct research on the efficacy of our products and to identify where we can improve our product, or to provide anonymized reports to analyze the usage, uptake and efficacy of the products and services.
4. Sharing Your Information
We never sell the personal information of our users. We do not share your personal information except in the limited circumstances described below.
Service Providers
The Juvenescence service is run by us with our third-party service providers to provide the overall service. We may transfer your personal information to these third parties such as corporate affiliates, service providers, and other partners who process it for us, based on our instructions, and in compliance with this Notice and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Our partners provide us with services globally, including for customer support, fraud protection, email distribution, information technology, sales, marketing, data analysis, research, and historically for shipping services, name and address verification and payment processing.
User-Generated Content
If you share user-generated content, that information may be made available publicly. For example, your photos, videos, stories, posts, comments, product reviews, product questions and answers, wish lists, and any other content or information you choose to provide will be shared with users of Juvenescence’s platforms or the platform used to share the content. Advertising and Marketing
We share data with third parties in connection with advertising, retargeting and analytics on behalf of Juvenescence. Under no circumstances do we rent, trade, or share your address or e-mail address with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent (see the Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others section).
Legally Required
We may be required to disclose Personal Information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas, law enforcement investigations, or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We also may release information to protect our rights, property, or other interests, including those of our customers or other third parties or to prevent illegal activities or violations of our Terms of Service. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, agents, or government agencies.
Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of all or a portion of our assets, or transition of service to another provider (collectively a “Transaction”), your Personal Information and other information may be shared in the diligence process with counterparties and others assisting with the Transaction and transferred to a successor or affiliate after the Transaction. In such events, we will continue to take measures to protect the confidentiality of personal information and give affected users notice before transferring any personal information to a new entity.
Aggregated or De-Identified Information
We may share non-personal information that is aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual. We may disclose such information publicly and to third parties, for example, in public reports about exercise and activity, to partners under agreement with us, or as part of the community benchmarking information we provide to users of our subscription services.

Our websites may contain links to websites not operated or controlled by Juvenescence. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our website(s) to read the privacy statements of every web site that collects personally identifiable information.
5. Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others
Juvenescence works with partners who provide us with analytics and advertising services, collecting information about your visits to our website and share advertisements for content or products that you may be interested in. These targeted advertisements may appear on other sites that you visit. These providers may combine the information we share with information already in their possession and offer you choices about which ads you receive. This information is collected using a cookie or other tracking technologies used by most websites. These third parties have privacy policies of their own that apply to your use of their platforms.
6. Social Sharing Features
If you choose to contact or share with Juvenescence on one of our social media platforms and/or direct messaging us to communicate with you via social media, we may contact you via direct message or use other social media tools to interact with you. In these instances, your interactions with us are governed by this Privacy Notice as well as the privacy Notice of the social media platform you use.
By interacting with our site via social media includes features that may collect information about you such as your IP address and which page you are visiting on our site. They may set a cookie or employ other tracking technologies to accomplish this. See “How We Use Information” section above for more information. Social media features and widgets may be hosted by a third party. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.
7. Your Rights and Choices to Control Your Personal Data
At Juvenescence, we give you account settings and tools to access and control your personal data, as described below, regardless of where you live. If you live in certain jurisdictions, such as California, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights; please see the relevant section of this notice to learn more.
Accessing and Exporting Your Information: You can access and update your name, address, telephone number, or email address by Contacting us. You can contact us to confirm whether we are processing your Personal Information and if so, provide you with your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may reuse your exported data elsewhere. To protect your privacy, we will confirm your identity before updating or exporting your information. If you require additional copies, we may need to charge a reasonable fee.
Updating Your Information: If your Personal Information is inaccurate or incomplete, you are entitled to ask that we correct or complete it. If we shared your Personal Information with others, we would tell them about the correction where possible. If you ask us, and where possible and lawful to do so, we will also tell you with whom we shared your Personal Information so you can contact them directly. Deleting Your Information: Please Contact Us to delete your account if you wish. If you choose to delete your account, Juvenescence makes our best effort to delete or encode all personal data and identifiers associated with your account. Please note that we may preserve data for legal reasons or to prevent harm, including as described in the Sharing Your Information section. If we shared your data with others, we would tell them about the erasure where possible. If you ask us, and where possible and lawful to do so, we will also tell you with whom we shared your Personal Information with so you can contact them directly.
Please note that when you delete your Juvenescence account, your associated email and other contact information are removed from all Juvenescence mailing lists. Deleting your account limits Juvenescence’s ability to contact you regarding products, warranties, claims, disputes or any legal actions under which you may be entitled to compensation from Juvenescence. In some cases, such as if you have emailed us directly about an ongoing issue, we may retain a way to contact you that is not linked to your account.
We may also decline to grant a request were doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes, such as when you request deletion of an account that is being investigated for security concerns.
Objecting to Data Use: We give you account settings and tools to control our data use as described below. You can ask us to stop using any of your Personal Information at any time, however in doing so we will be unable to continue providing the service. In order to request that we stop using your data, you can send us an email to info@juvlabs.com stating that you wish for us to stop using your data immediately.

8. User-Generated Content Submission Terms
Your content: By submitting content to our website or other social media accounts, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access this website (“Users”). Anything that you upload is referred to as “User Content.” You retain all of your rights in all of the User Content you post to our Service, and you agree that all images, video, music, and narrative is your own content, and is non-confidential and non-proprietary.
How Juvenescence can use your content: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, re-post, modify (e.g., re-format), re-arrange, and distribute your User Content for the purposes of operating and providing the service(s) to you and to our other Users. You agree that content may be displayed or reproduced outside of the website, and may include posting on social media platforms, advertising (online, printed), newsletter posts, posters, booklets, and for editorial purposes. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict Juvenescence rights under separate licenses to User Content.
9. Retention
We keep your account information, like your name, email address, and password, for as long as your account is in existence because we need it to operate your account. We keep Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, while we have a legitimate business need to do so, or as required by law (e.g., for tax, legal, accounting, or other purposes), and to prevent harm, including as described in the How We Use Information and Sharing Your Information sections.
If you have elected to receive marketing communications from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences until you opt out of receiving these communications and in accordance with our policies.
To determine the appropriate retention period for your Personal Information, we will consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your Personal Information, the purposes for which we use your Personal Information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements. Juvenescence may retain your User Content for a commercially reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Juvenescence may however retain some types of data, such past transaction information, in line with applicable laws including for tax and accounting and fraud prevention purposes as far as legally permissible or required.
10. Privacy of Children
At Juvenescence, we are committed to protecting the rights of children. Our website is not intended for use by children or users under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of the parent or guardian. If we learn that Personal Information of persons less than 18 years of age has been collected without verifiable parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. 11. Information Security
At Juvenescence, we care greatly about the security of your Personal Information and are committed to protecting it against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. To do this, we follow generally accepted industry standards, including the use of appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, like encryption or hashing when receiving or transmitting your information.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security or confidentiality. We also encourage you to practice general internet safety guidelines, such as choosing a strong and unique password for your Juvenescence account, changing your password if you suspect it has been compromised, and signing out of your account when you are finished. Please note that Juvenescence will never ask for your credit card information over email.

Our Legal Bases For Processing Personal Data
For personal data subject to the GDPR, we rely on several legal bases to process the data, including:

Please note that you can always delete your account at any time
· Right to withdraw consent: If we rely on your consent to process your Personal Information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect any processing of your data before we received notice that you wished to withdraw consent.
· Right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority: If you have a concern about our privacy practices, including the way we handled your Personal Information, you can report it to the data protection authority that is authorized to hear those concerns. The Data Protection Supervisory Authority will be the Data Protection Supervisory Authority that is local to you in your country as the data subject. In the United States, there is no national authority as of the date of this privacy Notice, but the Federal Trade Commission has the authority to issue and enforce privacy regulations in specific areas. These rights may not apply in all situations or in relation to all types of processing. International Data Transfers
Juvenescence is an international company with offices based in the European Union, United Kingdom and United States. In order to provide the services that we offer, Juvenescence may need to transfer information to the United States and other countries for the purposes described in this Notice.
We rely on multiple legal bases to lawfully transfer personal data around the world. These include your consent and EU Commission approved model contractual clauses, which require certain privacy and security protections. Juvenescence will review the processors that we utilize and ensure that there are adequate safeguards in place to protect your personal data.
Please note that the countries where we operate may have privacy and data protection laws that differ from, and are potentially less protective than, the laws of your country. You agree to this risk when you create a Juvenescence account and agree to this Privacy Notice, irrespective of which country you live in. If you later wish to withdraw your consent, you can delete your Juvenescence account as described in the Your Rights and Choices to Control Your Personal Data section.
