Dr. Hamade is the Founder of LUMIO Capital, an investment platform driving high-impact ventures in healthcare and education across emerging markets. With over 15 years of experience in strategic leadership, governance, and business development, he has led transformative investments shaping industries
and expanding access to care and knowledge.
He spearheaded the creation of ASA Medical Group, the first integrated private healthcare platform in the Balkans, comprising a 180-bed hospital, polyclinics, and labs, where he serves as Executive Chairman.
Previously, as CEO of Amanat Holdings, a Dubai-listed investment company managing nearly USD 1 billion, he delivered 28-fold profit growth and executed USD 2 billion worth of transactions. His governance track record spans multiple boards, including Middlesex University Dubai, Abu Dhabi University, Taaleem Holdings PJSC, Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Hospital, and ASA Medica.
Recognized among Forbes Middle East Top 50 Healthcare Leaders and Arabian Business Top 100 Executives, he is also a member of the Young Arab Leaders and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
Dr. Hamade holds an MD and BSc from the American University of Beirut, an MBA from Cornell University, and completed a Research Fellowship at Harvard Medical School.
