Ingredients
1 pre-portioned cup of low-fat cottage cheese (2% fat) (1/2 cup)
1 light reduced fat mozzarella string cheese stick (24 – 28 grams, about 1 oz.)
1 can (5.5 oz) low sodium tomato juice or low sodium vegetable juice cocktail, such as V8® Low Sodium
Choice of fruit:½ cup blackberries or ½ cup raspberries or 1 medium orange or 1 small pear or 2 medium kiwis or 2 small tangerines
Directions
Simply enjoy these foods “as they are.”
Perfect to eat at home, or pack and take to eat at work or on the go.

- This DIY meal replacer is as simple as it gets. There’s virtually no preparation- just choose your fruit.
- If you prefer to purchase tomato or vegetable juice in a larger container, a 6 fl. oz. (3/4 cup) serving size is suggested. To take on the go, pour into a reusable juice box container.
