Alcohol before Bed?

The commentary on alcohol is certainly not validated. We know that it puts you to sleep but it also causes early wakening. It, perhaps, comes down to alcohol dosage. Although the largest study to date of 600,000 patients showed that zero alcohol is associated with an increase in longevity. A previous study of 100,000 people said that it was a half a glass of wine.
